Why therapists use AirNote
Therapists write session notes to record important points, keep track of what you have discussed, and plan future sessions. AirNote can help prepare those notes, giving your therapist more time to focus on your conversation instead of writing through it.

How AirNote works
With your agreement, AirNote will transcribe the therapy session. AirNote uses the transcript to prepare a draft session note. Your therapist checks and edits the draft and decides what belongs in your record.

How AirNote protects privacy
The recording is transcribed on your therapist’s computer and deleted after. When your therapist asks AirNote to prepare a draft, relevant text is processed through AirNote’s cloud AI service with zero-data-retention. AirNote does not use client data for advertising or to train AI models. All stored data is encrypted.
AirNote Client Consent Form
Your therapist will obtain your consent before using AirNote in any of your sessions. For your reference, you can view the standard consent form here…
