Pause and Resume a Session
Pause a recording for a break or interruption, then continue in the same client session.

Pause a session if you need a short break, deal with an interruption or speak without recording part of the conversation. AirNote keeps the audio already recorded and continues in the same session when you resume, so you can pick up where you left off.
1. Pause the recording
While the session is recording, click the pause icon in the top-right toolbar, beside the audio controls. Hovering over it shows Pause Transcribing.

The main recording button changes to Resume Session, and the session shows that recording is paused. Your existing recording is kept with the client’s session.
Anything said while the session is paused is not recorded. Resume before continuing the part of the conversation you want AirNote to capture.
2. Resume the same session
When you are ready to continue, click Resume Session in the top-right toolbar. If you have opened another session in the meantime, first select the paused session in the sidebar.

AirNote starts recording again and adds the new audio to the same session. The pause icon and End Session button return.
You can pause and resume again as needed. When the session is finished, click End Session to stop recording and begin processing.
