AirNote’s note-generation guidance is now stricter about separating what was said, observed and agreed from what was not established in the session.
Plans, risk conclusions, diagnoses, interventions and client responses are included only when supported by the session material. Unsupported sections are left out, producing drafts that are more precise, clinically responsible and easier to review.
