AirNote can include brief quotes from the session transcript to support key observations, themes or client goals.

1. Open General settings

Click your name at the bottom left of AirNote to open Settings.

The profile button at the bottom of the sidebar, showing Sam and Settings.

Choose General in the Settings sidebar.

General selected in the Settings sidebar.

2. Turn on transcript quotes

Under Note Preferences, find Include Quotes in Notes.

The Include Quotes in Notes setting label.

Turn on the switch to the right of this setting.

The Include Quotes in Notes switch turned on.

The setting saves automatically for future Notes. AirNote uses quotes selectively, placing brief, relevant wording within the appropriate Note sections.

3. Update an existing Note (optional)

To apply the setting to an existing Note, close Settings, select the client and completed session in the sidebar, then open its Note tab.

Regenerating replaces the current Note, including any edits you’ve made, and cannot be undone. Copy anything you want to keep first.

Click the clockwise arrow (Regenerate note) at the top right of the Note, beside the copy button.

The Regenerate note arrow on the left, beside the Copy and Actions buttons.

Choose Regenerate Note in the confirmation dialog, then review the new draft and any quoted wording.
