Ask AirNote about a session

Use Ask AirNote to explore a completed session, pull out key points or draft text. You can ask follow-up questions to develop the response.

1. Open a completed session

Select the client and the completed session you want to discuss in the sidebar.

2. Ask your question

The Ask something about this session bar appears at the bottom of the session. Click in it to type your question.

For example: “Which next steps were agreed in this session?”

Click the up arrow (Send question) or press Return. Use Shift + Return if you want a new line in your question.

AirNote’s response appears above the question bar. Scroll within a longer response to read the rest, or use its copy button (Copy response) to copy the answer.

You can also ask for:

• A brief summary of the main themes.

• Points to take to supervision.

• A draft recap of the session.

Type a follow-up in the same bar to explore a point or request a different format. Only the latest response is shown, but AirNote retains the earlier exchanges as context for your follow-up questions.

Click elsewhere in the session or press Escape to hide the response. It stays hidden until you send another question. Your conversation is saved with the session, so you can return to it and continue asking questions later.

Review AirNote’s response against the session and use your clinical judgement before using or sharing it.
